Your files shouldn’t be a graveyard.

We all keep invoices, contracts and leases “just in case,” and on the day we need one, we can’t find it. Clivio is here so those papers are useful again, with their due dates where you can see them.

Designed and maintained in Paris, FranceBy the Clivio team

It started with our own hard drives.

We went through our own computers and cloud drives. Thousands of files were sitting there (invoices, contracts, notes, scans taken on a phone), and nobody really knew what was in them anymore.

A drive is passive. It stores your files, and that’s where it stops. It doesn’t know that a PDF is a lease, that an invoice is due on November 5, or that the certificate someone is asking you for is already there under a name nobody can read.

Clivio reads each document when it arrives. It gives it a clear title, notes the date, the amount and the due date, then files it away. When you need it again, you type what you’re looking for in plain words and it comes up.

The people who build Clivio are the ones who answer you.

When you write to us, your message goes straight to the people who develop Clivio, and what you tell us has a real say in what we work on next.

One address for everything

Questions and bug reports both go to contact@clivio.app. The team that builds the product is the one that writes back.

Your messages shape what comes next

A good part of what we build comes from what users write to us. Every change is dated in the changelog.

“If Clivio misread one of your documents, or if something you need is missing, write to us. Your message reaches someone who can fix the problem, and a good part of what we add comes from those conversations.”

Privacy comes first

Your documents belong to you. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to train any model of our own. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, you can turn on two-factor authentication, and you can export everything whenever you like.

Trust and security

AI that saves you the typing

It reads your documents, summarizes them and picks out their due dates. It can also get things wrong, so anything that comes in from outside waits for your approval, and you can correct the title, type, date and tags or run the analysis again. Searching never uses an AI action.

What Clivio reads

Keep it simple

You drop a document in as it is, with no form to fill in and no filing system to invent first. There are only two plans, Free and Pro. If you need a manual to use Clivio, we designed something wrong.

Answers where you look for them

What Clivio does, and on what terms, is written on the page where the question comes up instead of in the fine print. That’s where you’ll read, for example, that part of the processing happens in the United States, or that Clivio isn’t an approved platform for the French e-invoicing reform.

Your papers deserve better than a folder called “misc.”
