Nothing, up to 50 documents. Beyond that, the Pro plan is €14.90 a month, or €149 a year. There’s no setup fee, and you can cancel whenever you like.

The 50 documents on the Free plan are a total, and they don’t renew each month. Enter how many you receive in a month to see how long they’ll last.
The invoices, contracts, letters or lecture notes that would end up in Clivio.
If you start this month, the Free plan will fill up around February 2027. Use it until then, and decide.
The bars cover 24 months. The math is simple (documents received × number of months) and doesn’t count the ones you delete.

How the Pro trial works
You know in advance when your card will be charged.
You go through Stripe’s checkout page. A payment method is required, but nothing is charged.
Write, Finance, the client portal and unlimited automations are all there. If it isn’t for you, cancel from the app.
You pay €14.90 or €149, depending on the plan you picked at the start, then every month or every year.
You can withdraw from the app and get your money back in full.
Billing questions
What happens when I reach 50 documents?
Nothing is deleted, and you can still open and search your documents. To add more, delete a few or switch to Pro. The limit is on the total number of documents you keep.
What if I go back to Free with more than 50 documents?
You keep full access for 7 days. After that, the account is read-only for as long as you have more than 50 documents, which means you can view, export and delete, but not add anything new. After 90 days, and several warning emails, the oldest documents beyond the first 50 are deleted. Receipts linked to a transaction and archived documents are kept. As soon as you’re back to 50 documents or fewer, everything works as before.
What is an AI action?
It’s one job handed to the AI, and each one counts once. Analyzing a document when it arrives is an action, and so is asking the chat a question, translating, comparing, rewriting or reformatting a text in Write, or adding a task in one line. Regular searches and calculations, like the total you paid a supplier, are free. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. If you run out, the document is still kept, and you can run its analysis later.
Will I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice, which you’ll find in your billing area. It states that VAT is not applicable under art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Can I switch plans or take a break?
Yes. From the app, you can move from Free to Pro, choose monthly or yearly billing, pause your subscription for up to three months, or cancel it. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
